•We require advance booking for all services
•Please arrive on time to ensure full service quality
•Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
 
Cancellations & No-Shows
•Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
•Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a booking restriction for future appointments
 
 
Refund Policy (Services)
 
Due to the nature of beauty services:
•All services are non-refundable once completed
•If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours
 
We will:
•Offer a correction with another master, OR
•Provide a complimentary adjustment where applicable

Products (Retail Items)
 
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
•Item must be unused and in original packaging
•Request must be made within 3 days of purchase
•Proof of purchase is required
 
Non-returnable items:
•Opened or used products
•Lash adhesives, liquids, and hygiene-related items
 
 
Exchanges
 
We replace items only if they are:
•Defective, or
•Damaged upon purchase
